Wilier may not be as well known as brands such as Giant or Colnago, but their pedigree is equally as impressive.  A long and proud racing history on the roads of Europe was even further enhanced late last year, when Wilier crushed all opposition in the 2008 World Road Championships in Varese, Italy. Allesandro Ballan and Damiano Cunego representing Italy, took the gold and silver medals in a dominant display which sent the partisan Italian crowd wild.
